• As Edu Ex has taken a step forward to bring before the Students and Professionals a platform of academic and professional relevance, No user can claim or have any right to claim any gifts/ goodies even on achieving the benchmark redeemable Takka levels and the ultimate decision would completely rest on Edu Ex to decide upon whether or not any distribution of goodies are to be made. No liability of any sort would arise on Edu Ex or any of its members or on its management for any such claim being made.
  
  
• Edu Ex reserves the right to cancel the registration of a member at any point of time if the user is found guilty of any nuisance being created by him/ her or if the user indulges in any kind of unethical or prohibited acts on the website.
  
  
• There would arise no liability of any sort, financial or otherwise, on Edu Ex if the goodies/ gifts are found defective/ deficient or could not reach the eligible users within a scheduled time.
  
  
• Edu Ex reserves the right to discontinue the service of awarding users with goodies/ gifts any time it deems it fit or required and in such a case no user would have the right to make any claims against Edu Ex.
  
  
• Nothing therein amounts to a commitment or representation by Edu Ex to continue this programme or conduct further similar or other schemes or to actually redeem the Takkas earned by any member and thereby Edu Ex reserves the right to terminate the programme either temporarily or permanently without giving any prior notice to the registered members. The existence of a dispute if any regarding the gifts/ goodies shall not constitute a claim against Edu Ex.
  
  
• You agree that the Rewarding Programme by Edu Ex is a non-binding programme for either party and that it does not constitute a valid contract enforceable in any Court of Law and that any dispute that you may have would not be taken to any Court of law for any kind of Jurisdiction on the same.
  
  
• Edu Ex computation of the points shall be final, conclusive and binding on the website Members and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned.
